Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions in Belcamp, MD is seeking a Warehouse Associate to load and unload shipments, pack and organize products, and assist with receiving and staging inventory.

Shifts include 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 3:00 PM–11:30 PM with overtime as needed, and pay ranges from $18 to $18.50 per hour. Benefits start on day one, with training and opportunities for growth.

This role requires the ability to work in a cold environment and lift up to 50+ lbs.

Job description

We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate to work with our client in Belcamp, MD! Earn up to $18/hr. Our client is the first company in the nation to export to U.S. chain restaurant licensees in over 40 countries. Thousands of food products from over 350 U.S. food companies are distributed to more than 100 international customers. Their signature product line is U.S. halal-certified foods.

Pay Rate

$18/hr to $18.50/hr (depends on shift)

Shift Schedule

• 1st shift Monday- Friday – 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with overtime as needed
• 2nd shift Monday- Friday – 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM with overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

• Ability to work in cold and freezer environments for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50+ lbs consistently
• Strong work ethic and reliability (attendance is critical)
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting)
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Work Environment
