Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a part-time Warehouse Worker to support distribution and receiving in a fast-paced food service environment. You will learn and follow AVI procedures while handling product intake, verification, and order fulfillment.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work efficiently in temperature-extreme conditions. Prior large-warehouse experience is a plus, with training and growth opportunities provided.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all functions of the distribution and receiving for the warehouse.
• Receive products coming into the warehouse.
• Verify quantity and description of products.
• Assemble and fill orders to be shipped.
• Stock incoming orders.
• Maintain accurate physical inventories.
• Ensure all distribution and receiving in a timely and orderly manner.
• Follow proper receiving procedures.
• Comply with AVI policies and procedures, including security procedures.
• Communicate any issues of concern to management (i.e. cleanliness, safety concerns, or security concerns)
