Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates to join an excellent team in Logan Township, NJ. This is a packing role with a Sunday-Wednesday 7:30AM to 6:00PM schedule. Wage is $19.25 per hour, with benefits including PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401K, life insurance, boot allowance after 90 days.

This position is safety sensitive and requires following SOPs and GMP policies. Strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move carts in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required.
• Ability to work overtime preferred.
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions required.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Responsibilities

• This is a fast-paced environment.
• Working in ambient temperature, range could very between 55-75 degrees.
• On your feet and moving for the duration of your shift.
• Packing bakery items product into mobile bakery cans.
• Bending, reaching, pushing, pulling walking.
• Pushing/pulling carts full of bakery product to assigned pack area.
• Pushing/pulling empty bakery carts to staging area and or onto empty trailers.
• Follow all SOPs while also practicing GMP policies.
• Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs. (on wheels).
• Performing other duties as assigned to include but not limited to; stamping/coding product, labeling and removing labels from plastic totes, general warehouse clean up.
