Penske Logistics is hiring warehouse associates for a packing role at our facility in Logan Township, NJ. The position offers a 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM schedule Sunday to Wednesday, with an hourly wage of 19.25 and competitive benefits.

No prior warehouse experience is required, though high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and accuracy in reading and following directions is essential. You'll work in a non-climate-controlled environment, stand and move throughout shift, and handle bakery

• Pushing/pulling carts full of bakery product to the pack area.
• Pushing/pulling empty carts to staging or onto trailers.
• Follow all SOPs and GMP policies.
• Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs (on wheels).
• Stamps/codes product and labels totes; general warehouse cleanup.

Position: Packing

Scheduled: Sunday - Wednesday 7:30AM to 6:00PM

Wage: $19.25 per hour

Responsibilities of this role:

• This is a fast-paced environment.
• Working in ambient temperature, range could very between 55-75 degrees.
• On your feet and moving for the duration of your shift.
• Packing bakery items product into mobile bakery cans.
• Bending, reaching, pushing, pulling walking.
• Pushing/pulling carts full of bakery product to assigned pack area.
• Pushing/pulling empty bakery carts to staging area and or onto empty trailers.
• At all times, follow all SOP’s while also practicing GMP policies.
• Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs. (on wheels).
• Performing other duties as assigned to include but not limited to; stamping/coding product, labeling and removing labels from plastic totes, general warehouse clean up.

Qualifications:

• No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required
• Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required
• Flexible to work overtime preferred
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions required
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
