Aerotek is seeking a Warehouse Worker in Chino, CA to support operations by safely picking, handling, and moving materials in a secure power distribution environment. You’ll work mainly 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with a 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.

shift option, and may train to operate forklifts after completion of required training. Responsibilities include accurate picking, labeling, and multi-department support, plus safety adherence and clear communication with the team.

Job Title: Warehouse Worker 6am-2:30pm

Job Description

This role supports warehouse operations by safely picking, handling, and moving materials within a secure power distribution environment. You work primarily on an early-morning weekday shift, with the flexibility to assist across multiple departments and to operate forklifts once you complete the required training. You contribute directly to accurate order fulfillment, efficient material flow, and a clean, safe warehouse. There is also a 10am-6:30pm shift available.

Responsibilities

• Pick and handle materials accurately and efficiently within the secure power warehouse area.

• Follow established procedures to ensure correct item selection, labeling, and placement for orders.

• Flex between different warehouse departments as needed, based on the training you receive.

• Support various warehouse functions, including picking, staging, and basic material handling tasks.

• Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials after completing required training and authorization.

• Drive a forklift safely for tasks such as material movement and order picking when assigned.

• Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse policies while using equipment and performing daily tasks.

• Arrive on time and work the scheduled 6:00 a.m. shift, Monday through Friday, with overtime as required.

• Adjust to overtime requirements, including earlier start times (such as 4:00 a.m.) and occasional Saturday work with advance notice.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe and efficient operations.

• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members regarding task status, issues, or changes in priorities.

• Participate in training for new tasks, departments, and equipment as operational needs evolve.

Essential Skills

• Ability to work a 6:00 a.m. shift, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for overtime when required.

Work Environment

This role is based in a warehouse environment focused on secure power products and order fulfillment. You work primarily on a 6:00 a.m. to daytime shift, Monday through Friday, with overtime that may move your start time earlier to 4:00 a.m. or occasionally add Saturday work with at least 48 hours notice. You spend most of your time on your feet, walking through aisles, picking items, and handling materials. You may operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment once you complete the required training and receive authorization. The environment can be busy and fast-paced, with changing priorities that require you to flex between departments as needed. You should expect to wear appropriate work attire suitable for a warehouse setting and to use any required safety gear in accordance with company policies.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
