Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Warehouse Worker in South Burlington, VT. The role involves loading/unloading pallets, building boxes, order picking, and inventory support with a 2:00 PM–10:30 PM shift. Pay is $24.95 per hour with weekly pay and access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy for upskilling.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED. Duties include sanitation, general warehouse tasks, and light lifting (15–50 lbs). This is a temporary 1-week project recruited by Adecco’s centralized delivery team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets and cases to and from trailers; collect empty pallet boards and carry to storage.
• Build cardboard boxes.
• Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology.
• Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer.
• Receive and distribute product and assist in weekly product inventory.
• Sort cardboard, strap bundles, and roll them on a 53ft trailer using a dolly.
• General housekeeping and sanitation tasks as required (e.g., sweeping, cleaning trailers, trash removal).
• Lift objects weighing 15–50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Perform receiving, stock processing, picking/packing/shipping orders.
• Sort cartons at case rate; perform clean outs and load outs.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers, as well as collect empty pallet boards and carry them to storage

Building cardboard boxes

Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology

Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer

Receive and distribute product and assist in weekly product inventory

Sorting cardboard by putting them in individual bins, strapping them and rolling the bundles on a 53ft trailer using a dolly

General housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required (e.g. you may be asked to sweep the floor, help clean a trailer, take out the trash, etc.)

Lift objects that weigh anywhere between 15 pounds and 50 pounds (i.e. anything from a bowling ball to a twin-size mattress) with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders

Sorting cartons at case rate; clean outs, load outs of cartons

Sanitation of carton area).

This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.

Pay Details: $24.95 per hour
