Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic Warehouse Worker to participate in distribution and receiving, verify quantities and descriptions, assemble and fill orders, stock incoming items, and maintain accurate inventories in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should be able to lift 50 lbs, endure temperature extremes, and adapt to humidity while following procedures and AVI policies.

Qualifications

• Previous large food warehouse experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and multitask.
• Exposed to temperature extremes and humidity.

• Ensure all distribution and receiving in a timely and orderly manner
• Follow proper receiving procedures
• Comply with all AVI policies and procedures, including but not limited to security procedures
• Communicate any issues of concern to management (i.e. cleanliness, safety concerns, or security concerns)
