Job summary

Aerotek in Dexter, MI is hiring a Production Technician to support anodizing prep, part handling, and quality checks in a fully onsite role.

Schedule options 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM; contract to hire with pay at $18/hr and advancement opportunities; benefits include weekly pay, 401(k), and medical/dental/vision.

• Un-rack and re-rack parts in preparation for anodizing, ensuring correct placement and secure attachment.
• Use hand tools and power tools, including drills, 7/16 ratchets, sockets, wrenches, and pliers, to assemble and re-rack parts onto bases for chemical dipping.
• Prepare parts and racks for anodizing processes in alignment with quality and safety standards.
• Perform daily quality inspections on parts, verifying that they meet specifications for medical, defense, and aerospace industry applications.
• Handle and process production parts with a high level of attention to detail to avoid defects and rework.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
