Job summary

LinPepCo is a Pepsi-Cola independent distributor with 35+ years of beverage distribution experience in the Midwest. We seek a Facilities/Maintenance Associate to perform routine maintenance, general cleaning, and support shipping, receiving, and order picking.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to obtain forklift/pallet jack certification, strong communication, and attention to detail in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain forklift and pallet jack certification (must be at least 18).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of building maintenance procedures and safe work practices.
• Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
• Able to operate floor-scrubbing equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of PPE requirements and proper lifting techniques.
• Commitment to company goals, policies and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine facility maintenance, including bulbs and painting.
• Clean and sanitize warehouse areas: floors, dusting, and general housekeeping.
• Dispose of waste and recycling materials properly.
• Operate lawn and snow removal equipment as needed.
• Handle CO2 cylinders and manage valves/gauges per safety procedures.
• Backup support for Shipping/Receiving Clerk and Mid-Shift Supervisor.
• Receive/unload products using a forklift; store inventory per procedures.
• Replenish inventory at designated pick locations; move products with forklift.
• Receive, unload, and restock returned products and shells.
• Load delivery vehicles; build and manage pick-ticket orders.
• Count/reconcile incoming products from daily routes.
• Receive/sort/ distribute incoming FedEx/UPS parcels.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
