Job summary

LinPepCo | Local Beverage Distributor is seeking a warehouse dock associate to oversee loading of delivery transports and ensure accuracy in every shipment. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency and meeting customer expectations for on-time deliveries.

Candidates should hold valid forklift and pallet jack certifications, with strong attention to detail and proper lifting techniques. The work occurs in a warehouse with seasonal peak hours and training will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write at a level required for job performance.
• A valid forklift certification.
• A valid pallet jack certification.
• Ability to provide attention to detail.
• Proper lifting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and efficient loading of transports for customer accounts.
• Ensure product handling and delivery meet customer expectations.
• Store product and follow rotation procedures.
• Manage on/off load changes for delivery routes.
• Replenish product on pallets and rollers in pick locations; forking down product.
• Count and verify incoming product from daily routes as needed.
• Receive, unload, consolidate and restock returned product and shells.
• Load transports for delivery to customer accounts.
• Manage and build pick ticket orders as needed.
• Receive and distribute incoming FedEx and UPS shipments as needed.
• Perform end-of-night duties.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
