Job summary

PepsiCo's Cumberland facility is seeking a warehouse associate to hand-build pallets for bulk, route, and local deliveries. You will use a forklift and pallet jack, follow load sheets or voice-pick systems, and ensure accuracy with shipper/receiver documentation while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, wrapping pallets, staging loads, and meeting attendance expectations in a physically demanding role with variable hours and weather

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to lift 20–45 lb repeatedly.
• Experience operating forklift or pallet jack preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment.
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished.
• Turn in paperwork with order for check before loading and have truck checked.
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready.
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
