Job summary

LinPepCo, a Pepsi-Cola independent distributor, is seeking a Delivery Customer Representative to deliver products to customer accounts and maintain optimal presentation and freshness. The role includes stocking and merchandising, with daily route responsibilities and safety compliance.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 21+ years old, and the ability to obtain pallet jack certification; familiarity with DOT regulations is a plus. Non-CDL, full-time opportunities available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate a delivery truck to transport products to assigned customer accounts.
• Prepare, receive, and provide all required documentation for product deliveries and pickups.
• Reconcile the route daily and submit all necessary DSD reports.
• Stack and place products according to customer specifications.
• Retrieve empty pallets and shells from customer backrooms.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products as needed.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in compliance with company standards.
• Complete all required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
