Job summary

LinPepCo is a Pepsi-Cola independent distributor with over 35 years of distribution experience in the Midwest. We are seeking a warehouse team member responsible for wrapping, auditing, and securing outbound pallets to ensure shipment accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write at a level sufficient for job performance.
• Attention to detail to verify pallet contents and shipments.
• Ability to obtain pallet jack certification (must be 18+).
• Ability to obtain forklift certification if needed (18+).
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate pallet wrapping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure outbound pallets are wrapped, stabilized, and secured for transport.
• Inspect pallets for damage, wrapping defects, or unstable loads before shipment.
• Audit pallets to verify quantities and shipping accuracy.
• Compare pallet contents with shipping documents and pick lists for accuracy.
• Report discrepancies or safety issues to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area in line with standards.
• Maintain audit records and documentation for inventory control.
