Job summary

LinPepCo Partnership in Alliance, NE is seeking a versatile Facilities and Warehouse Support role to perform routine maintenance, cleaning, groundskeeping, and assist with shipping, receiving, and order picking to keep daily operations smooth.

You will work in a warehouse environment, use a forklift or pallet jack (certification required), and follow safety procedures. A high school diploma is required, with strong communication and multitasking skills valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain forklift and pallet jack certification (must be at least 18).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of building maintenance procedures and safe work practices.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine facility maintenance (bulbs, painting, etc.).
• General housekeeping and sanitation in a warehouse setting.
• Operate lawn care and snow removal equipment as needed.
• Receive and unload products using a forklift; restock inventory.
• Back up for Shipping/Receiving Clerk and Mid-Shift Supervisor as needed.
• Count, verify, and reconcile incoming products and returns.
