NRI 3PL is seeking an on-site Trainer in Henderson, NV to lead warehouse training and onboarding. You will deliver comprehensive training across all functions, ensuring SOP compliance and a positive trainee experience.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in Spanish/English with at least 12 months of training experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage timelines and adapt to different learners. Safety and team spirit are emphasized in daily duties.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 12+ months of training experience.
• Proficient with or willing to learn Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a MUST.
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including lifting up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, and tolerating dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold.

• Provide and coordinate training for new hires and existing employees to ensure training is delivered and evaluated for consistency.
• Coach, counsel, and inspire employees to meet or exceed performance metrics.
• Assist in creating training programs by assessing skill gaps, training objectives, and SOP changes, with continuous improvement.

Monday - Friday: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm

The Must Haves:

• Must have 12+ months of training experience, preferably in a warehouse environment.
• Must be proficient with or willing to learn Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a MUST
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.

Things You Will be Doing

• Providesand coordinates training for a new hireand existingNRI employeesto ensuretraining is delivered andevaluated for consistency
• Coach, counsel, and inspire employees to not only meet but exceed requiredperformance metrics
• Aidsin creating training programs by assessingskill/knowledge gaps, training objectives,work situations, changes in trainingSOP’s along withcontinuous improvement projects
• Exhibit and practice positive communications and team-building skills with trainees to ensurea consistently professional environment
• Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities tothe supervisor or and Safety Manager
• Maintain a training log and all training documentationKeeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy conditionat all times
• Performs other duties as requested
