Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Warehouse Trainer to provide on-the-job coaching and training for new and current employees.

Hiring for all shifts: 1st 7:00AM-3:30PM, 2nd 3:30PM-12:30AM, and a weekend 1st shift 6:00AM-6:30PM. Experience in telecom warehouse preferred; strong MS Office skills and Warehouse Management System knowledge are expected. CTDI offers a family-friendly environment with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a telecommunications warehouse facility preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook.
• Knowledgeable in problem solving and process improvement tools/methods.
• Demonstrates urgency to escalate issues when needed.
• Can create a positive work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Can manage multiple concurrent projects and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Performs one-on-one training of warehouse operations and WMS processes with new and current employees.
• Assess training needs by examining facilities and engaging employees.
• Create landmarks and training plans to achieve goals.
• Design training solutions to meet individual needs at each level.
• Conduct training and development programs.
• Train new hires and those in job rotation to understand warehouse processes.
• Observe training efficacy and address additional training needs.
