Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience training and/or mentoring employees in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to clearly demonstrate processes and explain expectations to new employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective initial training and cross training for employees, vendors and agency employees if applicable.
• Maintain accurate training records and update training materials as necessary to reflect current best practices.
• Observe trainee performance and provide real-time coaching and constructive feedback.
• Identify skill gaps and elevate training or performance concerns to Leadership.
• Support retraining, refresher training, and cross-training as needed due to process or quality changes.
