This role requires a High school diploma, prior training experience in a warehouse, strong communication, and detail orientation. You will document training, coach in real time, and support continuous improvement and workforce

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience training/mentoring in a warehouse setting preferred.
• Ability to clearly demonstrate processes and set expectations.
• Strong communication with patient, coaching style.
• Detail-oriented with consistent training delivery.
• Basic computer skills for training documentation.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and mentor new hires on safety procedures and workflows.
• Provide initial and cross training for employees and vendors.
• Maintain and update training materials to reflect best practices.
• Observe performance and deliver real-time coaching and feedback.
• Identify skill gaps and escalate concerns to leadership.
• Support retraining and continuous improvement initiatives.
