Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Colorado is seeking a Supv Training (Project Management) to ensure timely and consistent training across manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams.

The role covers coordinating training with branch leadership, assessing training effectiveness via KPIs, and developing workshops. Minimum 2 years warehouse experience; Associate's degree preferred; salary range $67,000–$101,000 with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 2 years of experience within a Warehouse.
• Ability to lead and develop others.
• Proficient in SAP & Catalyst and Microsoft Office.
• Proficient to read, write, and speak in English.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Branch Leadership to coordinate and support training.
• Measures the ongoing effectiveness of relevant processes and systems related to the Training function. Inform local Trainers of updates to systems or programs/SOPs as needed.
• Perform on-going training needs assessments utilizing various methods and measure KPI to determine training effectiveness.
• Comply with internal reporting processes to track and record progress towards goals.
• Develop and conduct personal training workshops delivered to branch employees.
• Monitor onboarding at the distribution center to prepare staff for training resources.
• Day-to-day operations of a group of employees.
• Hiring staff, recommending pay increases, performing reviews, training and development, and staffing needs.
