Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Branch Trainer to ensure efficient and accurate order deliveries while operating warehouse equipment. The role involves training new hires, motivating staff, and driving productivity and safety across the warehouse.

The ideal candidate has warehouse leadership experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with SAP, Catalyst and Microsoft Office. Roles require flexibility across shifts and departments, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current team member with 12+ months in role; top performer preferred; no corrective action above a Coach within 6 months.
• Experience leading warehouse teams; ability to multi-task; proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP & Catalyst; reading/writing/speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Train new hires in early months to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Motivate and retrain low-performing team members to standard.
• Coordinate with Supervisor on training schedules and productivity improvements.
• Mentor team in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
• Maintain safe work environment and support safety culture through meetings.
