Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a Supervisory Training professional to ensure timely and consistent training across manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and warehousing teams. You will coordinate with branch leadership, assess training needs, and deliver workshops to staff.

Responsibilities include tracking training progress, measuring KPI impact, and supporting onboarding at distribution centers. Strong leadership, communication, and SAP/Catalyst proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a Warehouse.
• Strong leadership capabilities and effective communication.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and SAP & Catalyst knowledge.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to operate machinery within location.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support training with Branch Leadership.
• Measure training effectiveness and KPI; report to management.
• Develop and conduct personal training workshops for staff.
• Monitor onboarding at distribution centers and plan resources.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of a team and contribute to budget considerations.
• Interpret and implement policies across departments/projects.
