Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse operations and leadership.
• Proficiency in SAP and Catalyst; English reading/writing/speaking.

Responsibilities

• Train new hires to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Motivate and retrain team members to expected standards.
• Coordinate training across shifts and departments on short notice.
• Mentor team in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
• Maintain a safe work environment and reinforce safety culture.
