Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Georgia. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring receipt, storage and shipment of materials, maintaining accuracy of inventory, and fostering a safe, efficient work environment.

The role supports Medline core values and requires strong leadership skills. The position offers a competitive salary range ($67,000–$101,000 annually) with bonus/incentive eligibility and a full benefits

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• Experience overseeing warehouse operations including receipt, storage and shipment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee the daily operation of the warehouse.
• Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials and related reporting.
• Audit goods received into warehouse.
• Coach and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
• Ensure all routine paperwork is completed on time and accurately.
• Assist the warehouse manager in maintaining a safe work environment.
• Lead day-to-day activities of employees; assign, monitor and review progress.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues.
