Job summary

Lowe’s Operations is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead a high-performing team responsible for handling products safely and efficiently as they move through the facility. You will monitor production, assign tasks, and drive safety culture while aligning with daily workload plans.

Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication with senior management are essential as you coordinate receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping operations to meet KPIs and safety goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education.
• Experience building a culture of safety among subordinates and peers.
• Leadership experience with direct report responsibility.
• Experience mentoring and coaching others.
• Experience monitoring the work of others to ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a high performing team responsible for receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, and related tasks.
• Responds quickly to changing workflow conditions and communicates workload plans to the team.
• Resolves safety concerns and ensures adherence to safe work practices.
• Mentors associates and conducts annual performance reviews.
• Hires and develops talent, sets goals, and monitors performance to meet KPIs.
