• Prior administrative, shipping/receiving, warehouse or inventory control experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry.

• Effective verbal and written communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day training, coaching, and guidance to warehouse team members to support productivity, quality, and adherence to established processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during supervisor absences, assisting with issue resolution, workflow coordination, and escalation of operational concerns as needed.
• Support warehouse leadership with special projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives aimed at enhancing safety, efficiency, and service performance.
• Maintain warehouse documentation and records, including receipts, packing slips, shipping labels, bills of lading, delivery notes, and shipping/receiving documentation.
• Process and verify shipping and receiving transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness of all records.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate information within warehouse management systems, inventory databases, and related tracking tools.
• Manage inventory data and support inventory accuracy by updating stock records, tracking inventory movements, and investigating discrepancies. Process orders and provide administrative support for picking, packing, shipping, and fulfillment activities.
