Job summary

Wayfair in South Elgin, IL, is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the Training Supervisor and the Supply Chain team. You will lead New Hire Orientation, manage PIV training and certifications, and drive training compliance and safety in the warehouse.

Key responsibilities include onboarding excellence, program management for PIV, audits, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to grow the skills of associates and Training Ambassadors. Some weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• PIV Certification is required.
• 2+ years of warehouse equipment operating experience preferred; training experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong organizational attention to detail.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools including Google Sheets, Google Slides, and inventory/order processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate New Hire Orientation sessions and onboard new associates.
• Coordinate and manage all PIV training and certifications with site leadership.
• Maintain training documentation and ensure compliance for training events and assessments.
