Job summary

Qualifications

• PIV Certification is required.
• High School diploma or GED preferable.
• 2+ years of warehouse operating experience preferred; prior training experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate New Hire Orientation sessions and provide hands-on training for new associates.
• Coordinate and manage PIV training and certifications for staff and supervisors.
• Maintain documentation of training events, audits, and certifications; ensure compliance and safety standards.
• Support site engagement, 5S initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration during peak periods.
