Attindas Hygiene Partners in Greenville, NC seeks a Warehouse Training Coordinator to lead training programs, maintain databases, and drive skill development across the site. You will coordinate internal resources and external partners to maximize safety and efficiency in daily warehouse operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on training delivery, data-driven improvement, and collaboration with area managers to ensure consistent standards and measurable progress in workforce capability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in a warehousing environment with training system implementation.
• Qualified to at least L-2 or FCH2 level (internal candidates).
• Ability to use Windows, Oracle and other databases.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, interpersonal, communication and teaching skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and administer Greenville Warehouse training systems and data bases.
• Develop and maintain the training program to improve department efficiency and safety.
• Assess skills across departments and plan training opportunities with managers.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to support training needs.
• Create and maintain training metrics and OSHA/compliance documentation.
• Deliver onboarding and classroom training for basic skillsets prior to release.
• Partner with safety to improve warehouse safety and develop safe work instructions.
