Job summary

Attindas Hygiene Partners in Greenville, NC seeks a Warehouse Training Coordinator to lead the training program and data systems for the site. You will develop and implement training initiatives, partner with area managers, and ensure safe operation of equipment and processes.

You will drive compliance with OSHA rules, build measurable training metrics, and support continuous improvement in warehouse performance and safety culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in a Warehousing environment with demonstrated training system implementation and improvement abilities.
• Ability to use Windows, Oracle, and other databases.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, interpersonal, and teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and administer the Greenville Warehouse training systems and databases.
• Develop and sustain the training program to improve department efficiency and safety.
• Assess skills, identify gaps, and create targeted training plans.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to support training needs.
• Create and maintain training metrics and standard work instructions.
• Train and certify personnel on safe operation of equipment and procedures.
