Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Training Coordinator to deliver and coordinate training programs for a warehousing and logistics environment in Walton, KY. The role covers new-employee orientation, refresher sessions, and on-the-job training to boost site performance and compliance with ISO and 5-Star standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in warehousing/logistics, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work with management and shop-floor teams.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in warehousing or logistics preferred.
• 1 year clerical experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• English reading, writing, and verbal skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management procedures and warehousing terminology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training courses for DSV and clients.
• Provide new-associate orientation and refresher training.
• Facilitate shift training on operations, quality, standards, and procedures.
• Enter and maintain training information in databases.
