Job summary

Jobtailor in Lancaster, NY is seeking an on-site Training Coordinator to design, deliver, and manage warehouse training programs. You will coordinate DSV- and client-required courses, develop role-specific competency training, and provide ongoing support to associates on policies and procedures.

You will monitor training effectiveness, enter data into the training database, verify operator certifications, and work with management to align programs with ISO and client standards.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing training programs.
• Knowledge of inventory management procedures and warehousing terminology.
• Proficient in MS Office and training database use.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver DSV- and client-required training courses
• Develop and conduct role-specific competency training in systems and leadership development
• Provide ongoing support to employees in training areas
• Orient new associates and provide refresher training on site policies
• Monitor, measure, and report staff training and development plans and achievements
• Enter all training information into the database
• Ensure quality and training programs meet regulatory, DSV, and client requirements
• Keep site programs audit-ready for ISO client and 5-Star DSV requirements
