Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field.
• 2+ years operating PIT equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships across the organization.
• Basic OSHA knowledge and warehouse safety practices.
• MS Office proficiency (Intermediate).
• DOT, OSHA, EPS and hazmat knowledge.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
• Travel 30-40%.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse safety and equipment training for the Supply Chain Solutions division
• Monitor compliance with regulatory agencies and internal safety requirements
• Support safety and operational personnel across multiple warehouse facilities
• Develop compliance programs and employee safety management systems
• Conduct hazard analysis, evaluate issues, and develop safety solutions
• Coordinate safety investigations and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate SHS training and development needs
• Provide day-to-day compliance support including facility audits
• Lead SHS issues with the operations team
• Participate in and host vertical-specific training and calls
• Develop location safety supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned
