TestEquity in Worcester, PA is seeking a Warehouse Technician I to handle order pulling, receiving, shipping, labeling, and inventory tasks. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and accurate documentation for efficient operations.

The candidate should have a High School diploma or GED, 2+ years in warehousing, and HazMat/DOT readiness. Forklift and TWL-based RF gun experience are valued and DOT/IATA familiarity may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years warehousing experience in industrial, semiconductor, and/or distribution.
• HazMat Certification or willing to complete training within 90 days of hire.
• May be required to possess a valid driver’s license and be subject to DMV checks.
• TWL experience with an RF gun is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurate order pulling, shipping, and receiving of materials.
• Prepares freight bills and monitors accuracy of completion.
• Coordinates with freight carriers to ensure safe, economical on-time delivery.
• Ensures orders ship to the correct customer location and minimizes spills.
• Monitors bin locations, shelf life, FIFO, and cycle counts.
• Maintain forklift and HazMat certifications as required.
• Support ISO quality assurance and incident reporting for safety.
• Follow safety procedures and communicate with team for customer satisfaction.
