We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our distribution operations team. In this role, you will be the hands-on force keeping essential technology products moving accurately and on time, from the moment they arrive on the dock to the moment they ship out to customers. If you enjoy active, structured work where your precision directly impacts team success, this is a great opportunity to gain experience with a leading global technology solutions provider.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will manage both the physical and digital flow of inventory. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Verifying incoming shipments against documentation and flagging any discrepancies or damages.

Entering receipts and printing shipping labels using a warehouse computer terminal.

Picking outbound orders accurately using an RF scanner.

Selecting appropriate packaging materials, packing products securely, and sending them down the conveyor line for quality checks.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area to prevent hazards.

Communicating clearly with teammates to keep operations running smoothly.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means keeping the supply chain moving without friction. On a daily basis, you will maintain high accuracy in order picking and packing while meeting standard safety and productivity rates. Over the course of this two-month contract, your success will be defined by your reliable attendance, your collaborative approach with teammates, and your ability to maintain quality standards during busy operational shifts.

A high school diploma or equivalent.

At least 6 months of experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment.

Hands-on experience using RF scanners or similar order-picking technology.

Basic computer proficiency, including experience with data entry or operating terminal systems.

A solid understanding of standard warehouse safety procedures.

The ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

English communication skills sufficient to perform essential job functions and coordinate with team members safely.

Experience working in a high-volume, large-scale distribution center.

Previous experience with terminal-based receiving software and industrial label printers.

Tools and Technology Used

In this position, you will regularly work with RF scanners, warehouse management system (WMS) terminals, conveyor systems, and industrial label printers.
