Job summary

ByVerTek is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage inventory and support receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping with WMS/ERP tools. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and efficient material handling in a technology-enabled warehouse.

You will work with barcode scanning and digital workflows, maintain records, and coordinate deliveries while adhering to audits and company policies. A High School Diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, and communicates effectively in English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Basic math and attention to inventory accuracy.
• Experience with WMS/ERP or similar inventory software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
• Track inventory movement in real time using WMS/ERP systems.
• Receive shipments against bills of lading and POs; verify quantities and condition.
• Update inventory records in ERP/WMS platforms per audit standards.
• Stock and organize materials in designated locations using put-away processes.
• Process orders, returns, and stock requests through systems.
• Generate pick lists, packing slips, and shipping docs.
• Coordinate deliveries to field technicians and locations with system tracking.
• Assist in cycle counts and physical inventories using scanning tech.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages through workflows.
• Maintain warehouse security, organization, and cleanliness.
• Use RF scanners, tablets, and computer systems; support tech upgrades.
