Job summary

Sherwin-Williams, a leading coatings company, is seeking an Afternoon Shift Warehouse Associate in Reno, NV. This role safely loads/unloads trucks, accurately picks orders, and ships products to customers within our distribution network.

You will move materials using forklifts and other equipment, maintain stock, and support continuous improvement in warehousing processes. A shift differential and bonus eligibility are part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick orders.
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
• Organize stocks and maintain inventory.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items appropriately.
• Operate robots to facilitate warehouse operations.
• Coordinate site damage/re-pour area.
• Abide by all safety and quality expectations.
• Contribute ideas to improve warehousing procedures.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily.
