Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Romeoville, IL is seeking a warehouse associate to load, unload, pick, pack and ship paint and related products in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, maintain inventory, and ensure safe, accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick orders.
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
• Organize stock and maintain inventory.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Receive, unload, and store incoming items.
• Operate robots to facilitate warehouse operations.
• Coordinate site damage/re-pour area.
• Abide by safety and quality expectations.
• Suggest improvements to warehousing procedures.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily.
