Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is hiring for a warehouse associate to load/unload trucks, pick and ship paint products, and move materials within the facility. You’ll operate forklifts and packaging equipment on a night shift, 10:00pm to 6:00am, Sunday through Thursday, with a $0.75/hour shift differential and potential bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities include order picking, packing, organizing inventory, inspecting goods, and contributing to safe, efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution facilities preferred.
• Experience operating mobile power equipment (lift trucks, tow motors, pallet handling equipment) preferred.
• Experience operating stationary power equipment (palletizers, conveyors, hoists) preferred.
• Experience order picking and data entry / scanning barcodes preferred.
• Experience as picker or packer in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick orders.
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
• Organize stock and maintain inventory.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items appropriately.
• Operate robots to facilitate warehouse operations.
• Coordinate site damage/re-pour area.
• Meet safety and quality expectations.
• Suggest improvements to warehousing procedures.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily.
