Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a warehouse associate in Winter Haven, FL to load/unload trucks, pick orders, and ship products accurately within our distribution network. The role involves moving materials using hand trucks, forklifts, and other equipment, with occasional use of robots to optimize operations.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm. Eligible for a $0.50/hour shift differential and performance-based bonus according to company plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick orders.
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
• Organize stock and maintain inventory.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items appropriately.
• Operate robots to facilitate warehouse operations.
• Abide by all safety and quality expectations.
• Contribute ideas to improve warehousing procedures.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily.
