Job summary

VCI Construction, LLC in California is seeking a Warehouse Technician to manage receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. You’ll prepare orders, verify inventory, and handle packing and shipping while following safety guidelines.

Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks is preferred, and you’ll work with our team to keep operations running smoothly. Candidates should be at least 18, authorized to work in the U.S., with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• Basic computer and inventory control systems knowledge.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for shipment according to pick tickets and customer requirements.
• Check and verify inventory to ensure availability of needed stock.
• Notify supervisor of shortages and restocking needs.
• Package and ship products according to guidelines.
• Stock shelves and organize warehouse materials.
• Cross-check pick tickets with packing slips and work orders.
• Receive, unload and inspect shipments; confirm accuracy with packing slips and POs.
• Operate dolly, pallet jack, and forklift for loading/unloading.
• Work overtime, travel, and on-call responsibilities as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
