Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Warehouse Technician II to perform order pulling, receiving, shipping, and labeling in a high-volume warehouse. The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork, with cross-training duties and adherence to 5S.

The ideal candidate will operate equipment safely under SOPs/SOWs, comply with ISO 9001 and OSHA/EH&S guidelines, and support training of peers. IATA/CFR49 and forklift certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED.
• IATA and CFR49 certifications required.
• Forklift certification and training required for all types.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EH&S requirements expected.
• 2+ years warehouse operations experience in industrial, electronics, or aerospace distribution.
• Experience with creating SOWs and inventory management systems, preferably in a chemical/industrial setting.
• Comfort reading/writing in English and using MS Word/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high accuracy in order picking, shipping and receiving.
• Support 5S activities (sort, shine, standardize, sustain).
• Cross-train other employees as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment per safety SOPs/SOWs.
• Follow DOT regulations and ISO 9001 standards.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors for customer satisfaction.
• Report misconduct or safety concerns to supervisor.
