Job summary

TestEquity LLC is seeking a Warehouse Technician II to perform high-volume warehouse tasks including order pulling, receiving, shipping, and labeling. You will train other team members and cover multiple operations with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate has forklift certification, OSHA/EH&S knowledge, and 2+ years in warehouse operations, preferably in industrial or electronics sectors. Compliance with ISO 9001 and DOT is required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
IATA and CFR49 certificates must be completed.
Forklift certification is required for all types.
Knowledge of OSHA and EH&S requirements is expected.
Minimum 2+ years in warehouse operations in relevant industries.
Experience creating statements of work (SOW).
Experience with inventory management systems in chemical/industrial settings.
Must read/write English clearly.
Familiarity with TWL/WMS and RF gun is preferred.

Responsibilities

High accuracy in order picking, shipping and receiving of materials.
Follow 5S principles and maintain workplace organization.
Perform cross training of teammates when needed.
Operate warehouse equipment in line with safety procedures.
Adhere to ISO 9001 quality standards and DOT regulations.
Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction.
Contribute to quality control and report misconduct or safety issues.
