Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Warehouse Operator in Cary, IL on 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:30pm) to safely move materials and support production. You will operate forklifts and related equipment, load and unload shipments, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Bonus eligibility exists based on performance, and employees have access to health benefits, FSAs and paid time off. Experience in manufacturing or distribution is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: experience in Shipping & Receiving at Cary, IL site.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks and other material handling equipment safely.
• Load/unload trucks with raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and organization in the workspace.
• Monitor inventory and report discrepancies or damage promptly.
• Assist with production orders and collaboration with other departments.
