Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and shipping. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, handle forklift tasks, and keep inventory organized to ensure smooth processes.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, forklift experience, strong planning and communication skills, and a customer-service mindset. This is an on-site role with overtime and weekend flexibility to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven forklift experience and power industrial vehicle operation.
• Strong planning, organization and detail orientation.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and customer interactions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations.
• Load and unload freight using forklift; maintain equipment.
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for efficient operation.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and on-call shifts as required.
