Job summary

Trane Technologies in Tempe, AZ is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support our on-site warehouse operations. You will coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, stock inventory, operate a forklift, and ensure safe, efficient movement of goods to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse operations and with forklifts is preferred.
• Strong planning, organization and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and customer interactions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth operations.
• Load/unload freight using a forklift; maintain equipment.
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies for effective operation.
• Flexibility for overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts.
