Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Midlothian, VA to help our warehouse team operate efficiently. You will handle inbound/outbound shipments, stock inventory, and use forklifts to move freight while maintaining equipment and safety standards.

The role requires a HS Diploma or equivalent, forklift experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. This position is on-site with potential overtime and weekend work, offering competitive hourly pay and comprehensive

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with warehouse operations and power industrial vehicles (forklift).
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations.
• Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment.
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts, as required.
