Job summary

Trane Technologies is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support our on-site warehouse team. You will ensure accurate inbound/outbound movements, stock control, and efficient order processing in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires forklift experience, strong organizational skills, and solid computer/communication abilities to serve internal teams and customers effectively.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse operations and forklift handling.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

• Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations
• Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation
• *Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts, as required

What you will bring:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift.
• Safety by utilizing all appropriate resources to safely perform all function of the job.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details.
• Strong computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office Suite).
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proven team player.

Compensation

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $22.69 - $25.34

Compensation Type: Hourly
