Job summary

Trane Technologies in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the warehouse team on the 1st shift, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays. You will handle inbound and outbound shipments, stock inventory, and operate a forklift to move freight.

Responsibilities

• Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and interactions with customers and local transportation providers.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations.
• Load and unload freight using a forklift; maintain work equipment.
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts, as required.

What you will do:

What you will bring:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift.
• of safety by utilizing all appropriate resources to safely perform all function of the job.

• Strong computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office Suite).

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$22.69 - $27.19 Compensation Type: Hourly Incentive Eligible: Yes Sales Commission Eligible: No Disclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
