Our Warehouse Operators are at the forefront of our business, working directly with our products in the manufacturing facilities. You’ll be focused on maintaining product movement in and out of the distribution center by performing various duties.

What You’ll Do For Us

1. Follow established procedures to handle, record, and dispatch goods, including receiving, inspecting for damage, and verifying goods against invoices.
2. Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods, enter data into systems, and prepare shipments and documentation.
3. Operate forklift to move freight.
4. Load and unload freight, assist in storage control, and schedule freight movements.
5. Assist with handling, sampling, and disposition of ingredients with shipping and quality assurance teams.
6. Observe security procedures in handling materials and shipments.
7. Participate in inventory control procedures like cycle counting.
8. Familiarize with company policies and regulations regarding freight and security.
9. Perform other duties related to GMP, shipping, receiving, maintenance, etc.
10. Order selecting: picking cases and building pallets.
11. This is a physically demanding, labor-intensive job.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. High school diploma or GED required.
2. 2-3 years of similar experience required.
3. Valid forklift license or certification required before operating a lift truck.
4. Experience with sit-down and stand-up forklifts preferred.
5. Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
6. Ability to work various shifts, including overtime.
7. Ability to move materials weighing up to 50 lbs over distances.
8. Certification on the training plan within 60 working days of start date.

Pay Range: $42,778 - $57,877. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and skills. Benefits include medical, financial, and other options depending on the role.
