Payrate: $18/hr. (weekly pay)

Schedule: M-F 7:30am - 4:00pm

Location: Onsite in East Syracuse, NY

Job Description:

As a Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for coordinating on-site store activities, handling receipt, stocking, and shipping of products; staging and delivering customer orders; and managing transactions with the business and local vendors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate material handling equipment safely, ensuring all equipment is inspected and in safe condition. Report any accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, load and unload trucks, and locate and pick materials in the warehouse.
• Stock and arrange products to optimize inventory turnover.
• Conduct cycle counts to determine accurate material quantities.
• Receive materials, move them between locations, and ensure accurate record-keeping, resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Locate parts, ensure pallets are stable, and prevent damage or hazards in the warehouse.
• Follow safe material handling practices and perform housekeeping duties.
• Work flexibility for overtime and weekends as required.

Must Have Requirements:

• At least 5 years of warehouse experience
• At least 5 years of forklift operation experience
• Experience with shipping and receiving
• Experience using scan guns
• Basic computer skills
